The Sets
The studio sets are pre-lit and prepared before you arrive. We handle the baseline production work so you can focus on the image. Whether you utilize our lighting setups or bring your own gear and take time to get situated, the foundation is ready. Choose a set, frame your shot, and start creating.
The Models
The number of models always equals or exceeds the number of photographers. Hair and makeup artists prep the models before shooting begins, then models rotate between sets all evening, so someone is always in front of your lens. Shoot fast and fill a card with looks, or slow down and craft one perfect frame. It's your call.
The Rotation

Models arrive at 4:00 PM and move through dedicated hair and makeup stations while sets are finalized.

Your registration covers studio time, use of the pre-lit professional sets, the models, and the hair and makeup artists who prepare them. The only thing you supply is your camera.
Models and hair & makeup artists arrive at 4:00 PM for prep. Photographers arrive at 5:30 PM to check in and walk the sets. Active shooting runs strictly from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and the event wraps cleanly by 9:15 PM.
The exact studio address and the finalized model roster go to confirmed photographers exactly 3 days before the shoot. Locations are shared only with the confirmed team.
Your camera, lenses, charged batteries, and memory cards. We provide the professional lighting and hotshoe transceivers, though you are welcome to bring your own light gear if you prefer.
